Faulty or incorrect items
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, get in touch and we’ll sort it.
We’ll provide a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Used products
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of used products unless they are faulty.
Natural product expectations
UNFUSSED is a simple, natural deodorant.
It doesn’t stop sweat — it works by preventing odour.
Results can vary depending on your body, environment, and how the product is used.
If you’re new to natural deodorant, it may take a few days to adjust.
Skin sensitivity
Some people may be sensitive to bicarbonate of soda.
We recommend patch testing before first use.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
How to use it properly
For best results:
- Apply a small amount
- Use on clean, dry skin
Using too much or applying incorrectly may reduce effectiveness.
